By: Bender Inc. The A-ISOMETER IR420 series is designed to monitor the insulation resistance of ungrounded AC systems up to 300 V. The response range is steplessly adjustable from 1 kΩ to 200 kΩ, and values are displayed on a seven-segment LCD. A large range of supply voltages can be applied to the unit. By connecting an external supply voltage, it also allows de-energized systems to be monitored. Other features of the A-ISOMETER IR420 include: Internal and external test/reset buttons Self-monitoring with automatic alarm message Digital alarms with two separate alarm relays Connection monitoring system Preset function with automatic assignment of basic parameters Operates using “superimposed DC voltage” measuring principle.
