Motivational Speaker Terry Budget Strives to Inspire the Lives of Young Men.

It's amazing that someone would choose to make a living trying to inspire and motivate people during one of the most economically depressing times in the history of our great nation. It's even more baffling to understand why someone would want to spend so much of their time aiming to inspire and motivate a segment of the population who are the most overlooked and forgotten segment of our society, young African-American men and boys. In order to understand what would motivate someone to want to care about the least of our society, one would have to go back to the foundation and roots of where that person came from.

Motivational Speaker Terry Budget isn't one of those people who have forgotten the foundation of where he came from. The retired Army Master Sergeant is no stranger to discipline and following orders.  Budget often speaks at corporate functions, awards  ceremonies, fund-raisers, banquets and sometimes he actually serves as Master of Ceremonies for these events. He was born and raised in Mooreshead, North Carolina and gives total credit to his Grandmother and mother who both raised him and instilled a strong sense of self, respect, purpose, morals and values to live by.  Although he often is speaking to corporate executives and successful businessmen and businesswomen, he has a special place in his heart for young African-American men and boys. Budget says that he sees himself in a lot of the young men he speaks to. Like so many young African-American men and boys of today, Terry wasn't raised by his father. However he gives so much credit to his Grandmother and Mother for not allowing him to fall victim to so many of the environment pitfalls that plague a lot of communities.
