New Jazzercise Fitness Class Opens In Gilbert

June 21, 2009 - PRLog -- Gilbert, Arizona -- Jazzercise, the largest dance-fitness program in the world, announced the opening of its newest classes in Gilbert. Located at Wagner Dance Studio, 645 N. Gilbert Rd, Ste #162 (SE corner of Gilbert and Guadalupe Rds), the center offers 2 classes weekly.
   “Jazzercise has become so popular in parts of the valley that I wanted to introduce it to the local Gilbert community,” local instructor Sara Medina explained.  “We encourage new students to come to class if they haven’t tried it before or if it’s been many years since they’ve tried it.  Jazzercise continually introduces new routines with current music and puts them together in an energy charged class!  So come for the workout and meet new people who share a passion for staying fit through dance!”
   Classes will start the week of July 13th and will be offered Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 7:30.  Attend the first week and buy an introductory pass of 5 classes and get the 6th class free also joining fee is waived through the end of July.  Jazzercise offers convenient ways to pay for classes including a walk-in pass of $8.50, a 2-month unlimited pass for $75, as well as monthly EFT for $30.  Contracts are never required at Jazzercise.
The 60-minute Jazzercise class includes a warm-up, high-energy aerobic routines, muscle-toning and a cool-down stretch segment. Every routine is choreographed to music.  Jazzercise combines elements of dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga, kickboxing and more to create programs for people of every age and fitness level.
