Follow on Google News | Autotask Corporation Announces Global Deal With Computer TroubleshootersAutotask Corporation announced today that Computer Troubleshooters (CT) Global, has signed an agreement and paid a license fee to enable its more than 475 franchises around the world to standardise on the Autotask IT Services Management Software.
According to CEO Chip Reaves, Computer Troubleshooters had invested in an internally-designed IT services application for some time, but with the growth of the franchise, and evolution of commercially- "After considering many options," said Reaves, "we determined that Autotask was the best fit for our organization. Autotask is clearly the leading hosted software-as- As part of the agreement, Autotask has teamed up with CT to create a "Special Edition" of its Autotask® Go! product that will include a standardized configuration for all franchisees, along with some proprietary workflows and data critical to CT operations. In addition, CT franchisees who want more features or add-ons have the option to upgrade to Autotask® Pro at any time. Beyond using the Autotask software to manage their own resources, franchisees will be able leverage the Autotask Outsource Management tools to share work and resources with fellow franchise locations. In addition, CT franchisees will have access to a private special interest groups within the online Autotask CommunITy, built into the software.
