Russet Noon in Spanish: Mediodía Rojizo
The scandalous novel Russet Noon is the hottest gossip in the Twilight Cyber-Universe. After becoming the forbidden fruit in USA, Russet Noon now has a Spanish version and it is entitled "Mediodía Rojizo."
Russet Noon is a novel written by a fan of the Twilight Saga, Lady Sybilla. It is a continuation of the fourth book in the series, Breaking Dawn, and is a love story between Bella and Jacob.
Although many fans in the Twilight Universe predicted that it would be a passing rumor, the Russet Noon phenomenon continues to stir the flames in the cyberworld, to the point where it seems that, the more it is criticized, condemned and ridiculed, the more its popularity spreads.
The majority of attacks directed against Russet Noon have been due to its alleged violation of copyright laws. Even though there hasn't been any type of legal action taken against the novel to date, the word around the Internet is that writing about Twilight Saga characters without Stephenie Meyer's permission is against the law.
However, neither Stephenie Meyer, nor her publisher, and not even the movie company Summit, have made the slightest attempt to ban the publication of Russet Noon.
The preface and first chapter have already been published for free in English and Portuguese, but now it is also being translated into Spanish. The title Russet Noon in Spanish is Mediodía Rojizo, and the first twelve pages of this version are available on the official site, www.russet-noon.com.
