Set Your Own Price On A Lennar Townhome In Lakeland Florida
Lennar’s Sealed Bid Home Auction Event - Homebuyers Can Name Their Best Price On Luxury Townhomes In Two Lakeland Communities
By: Brandi McDonald
Lennar is urging prospective homebuyers not to take the risk and buy a used foreclosed home or a short sale when they can afford a brand new Lennar home. The homebuilder warns that short sales and foreclosed properties can have plenty of unforeseen problems and they can take months to finally close on the sale.
Now, prospective homebuyers have the opportunity to set their own price at Lennar’s Autumnwood Grove and Cobblestone Landing townhome communities.
At Lennar’s Autumnwood Grove several luxurious two to four-bedroom townhomes with plans ranging from 1,178 to 1,612 square feet of living space are available for purchase at a price qualified buyers can personalize to fit their budget. The community is conveniently located on US 98 South just minutes from Polk Community College and University of South Florida’s Lakeland campus.
Prospective buyers can also place their bids on several two and three-bedroom townhomes at Lennar’s Cobblestone Landing community. The floor plan designs range in size from 1,371 to 1,531 square feet. This community is within walking distance to a grocery store and local shops. Residents can also play a round of golf at the beautiful Sandpiper Golf Course that’s located across the street.
Lakeland is conveniently located between Tampa and Orlando just a short drive to all of Central Florida’s famous attractions. The area offers plenty of outdoor activities including boating, fishing and kayaking.
“As a leader in the homebuilding industry for several decades Lennar is a homebuilder buyers can trust,” said Mark Metheny, President of Lennar’s Central Florida division. “Our Sealed-Bid Home Auction event is the ideal time to purchase a brand new Lennar home at a price buyers can appreciate.”
Interested buyers are invited to submit their bid forms in person at the Welcome Home Center at one of these two Lennar townhome communities. All bidders will be notified of the status of their bid on Saturday, June 20 after 6 p.m.
According to Metheny, winning bids must meet the reserve amount pre-determined by the seller. Buyers must pre-qualify with Universal American Mortgage Company, Lennar’s preferred lender, and be non-contingent, meaning they must be able to purchase a home they are bidding without selling another home first.
Lennar’s Central Florida division offers a variety of single-family, townhomes and vacation homes in the most desired locations in the Central Florida region that provide homebuyers the very best amenities.
