Homebuyers Can Set Their Own Price At Lennar’s Sealed Bid Home Auction Event In Central Florida

June 13, 2009 - PRLog -- ORLANDO, Fla. – Central Florida prospective homebuyers get ready to set your own price during Lennar’s Sealed Bid Home Auction event going on from Saturday, June 13 through Saturday, June 20 at seven of Lennar’s Central Florida division Orlando area communities.

Prospective homebuyers can submit their bids for homes in Lennar Communities located in South Orlando, Sanford and Kissimmee.

Located in the Orlando/ Lake Nona area, Lennar has three communities participating in the Sealed Bid Home Auction. Camden Landing at Wyndham Lakes features townhomes ranging from 1,733 to 1,834 square feet. New home prices are currently starting in the $190s. According to Metheny, winning bids must meet the reserve amount pre-determined by the seller. Buyers must pre-qualify with Universal American Mortgage Company, Lennar’s preferred lender, and be non-contingent, meaning they must be able to purchase a home they are bidding without selling another home first.
