June 12, 2009 - PRLog -- The recruitment process for the police force has been something that as relatively simple for a long time. Local applicants would apply for a job, take a test and they were let into the academy, but things have changed with the emergence of the internet. The recruitment process was relatively unknown, but now is being sold to help willing applicants.

Charles Nash happens to be part of this changing age and providing the demand for all those looking to get into the police force. “I’ve been recruiting for the police force over the years and I noticed I kept seeing the same things over and over again. I’d see applicants that would make terrific officers end up failing this exam. With a failure rate of 70%, it just didn’t seem right.”

Nash ended up taking his knowledge from recruiting and developing a study guide for those potential applicants that are looking for an edge going into the exam. “Now applicants can be fully prepared for their examination knowing what is expected of them.

This is just one example of a growing trend that is occurring in North America. Government stimulus spending this type of trade is expected to grow as the amount of careers in law enforcement start to swell.

Preparing new recruits from the police exam is getting a lot of mixed reviews inside the law enforcement. Some think that a recruit show go into the examination without prior knowledge to keep things fair, while others view it as a better method of recruiting applicants.
