June 10, 2009 - PRLog -- The Working Capital Journal has added a new special section devoted to coverage of recent changes in commercial lending practices for commercial finance funding throughout the United States. Because more substantial changes are likely in the near future for most commercial loans and commercial real estate financing, AEX Commercial Financing Group plans to analyze business lender actions and periodically update their findings in The Working Capital Journal.

According to Stephen Bush, Founder and Chief Executive Officer for AEX Commercial Financing Group, "We have already witnessed a number of disappointing responses by commercial lenders to recent economic events. We intend to highlight some of the most questionable business lending practices in The Working Capital Journal. In doing so it is our hope that business owners will obtain a better understanding of what is happening and what can be done about it."

Business owners and their advisors are encouraged to contact AEX Commercial Financing Group for more details and to describe any noteworthy commercial lender experiences that might be beneficial for a broad business borrower audience. For other recent commercial loan and commercial mortgage comments by AEX, please refer to the Working Capital Journal.

Commercial borrowers and their advisors are encouraged to contact AEX Commercial Financing Group. Additionally, here is a suggested commercial finance resource which should be helpful for small business owners:
