Fiction Novel Tackles School Bullying

June 8, 2009 - PRLog -- Now that they have entered high school, the nerds intend to stop the bullies in their tracks and stand up for themselves, once and for all. At the risk of severe retaliation, they scheme to catch the bullies in the act and expose them to the adults, with the help of a small tape recorder. When one of their friends is found beaten and unconscious on the bathroom floor, The Recorder comes into play as their only evidence against the perpetrator. The only problem is -- the tape is now missing and their entire case is based on the taped evidence.

Will they find the tape and get the bullies convicted? Or will the bullies ‘beat’ them at their own game?

Coco is a seasoned writer who has written several books. His inspiration for this one came from his personal experiences with bullies when he was in middle school. His days of being bullied ended when he stood up to them. In high school, he made sure that there weren’t any bullies to hurt those he called friends, and whom others called nerds. He hopes that this book helps all kids in their struggles with bullies, and gives them the courage they need to stand up for themselves and not become victims.
