The new program is supported by a team of expert technicians trained to look beyond the obvious to identify issues that could result in costly downtime. When a customer arrives at a Stoops Freightliner location, the equipment is assigned to a dedicated technician who spends no more than one hour diagnosing the issue. The service advisor communicates findings, part availability, repair costs and repair times to the customer so an informed decision can be made. Additionally, Stoops will file all applicable warranties for customers resulting in additional time saved. The Stoops Freightliner Express Assessment is available at all Stoops locations. The program is extended to all customers from the one truck operator to large fleets.
