Bluedominoes® Wins San Diego Regional Chamber’s Most Innovative Product Awards

May 29, 2009 - PRLog -- San Diego, CA – Bluedominoes, Inc. is proud to announce its first product, Activity Dough, received top honor as the Most Innovative Product by the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce.  In selecting bluedominoes’ Activity Dough as a winner of its 29th annual awards, Doug Holman, Vice President of the Chamber, stated “We really like that bluedominoes’ Activity Dough is aimed at making a difference in the lives of children. Other companies talk about being green; bluedominoes embraced it and applied it not only to the environment but to our kids.


Bluedominoes President and Co-Founder, Debbie Lindgren said, "I am so grateful that something which was developed as a necessity for my son can help so many other families.” The inspiration for the product came from Debbie’s youngest son, Mark, who was very sensitive to the modeling product being used in his kindergarten classroom.


Debbie partnered with entrepreneurial executive Linda Manaster, and they started bluedominoes.com, an online resource for parents who were concerned about how environmental and dietary factors impact children’s health, learning, and behavior.  Having identified a need for safer children's art supplies, Debbie and Linda assembled an expert team to aid in the development of their patent-pending formula for their Activity Dough and have a complete line of Safe Art™ products in the pipeline.
