MI's Double Take at the Hip Hop World Awards

May 21, 2009 - PRLog -- One of Africa’s fastest growing rappers, “M.I” walked away with two awards at the Hip Hop World Awards which took place on the 16th of May, 2009 at the International Conference Centre in Abuja.

Jude Abaga, a.k.a.  “M.I” won awards in the following categories:

BEST RAP ALBUM – “Talk About It” and
BEST HIP HOP WORLD REVELATION- M.I

M.I. who just released his album in December of 2009 was nominated five (5) times for various awards at this years Hip Hop World Awards.

The Hip Hop World Awards is a yearly event honoring the entertainment industry in Nigeria.

M.I. still has two nominations pending at this years Nigerian Entertainment Awards  show scheduled to take place on the 6th of June, 2009 in Washington DC.

M.I is signed to the Award Winning Record Label ‘Chocolate City’.
