Prism announced today that the board has appointed William G. Edwards as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Edwards has served in various financial capacities with a number of public and private companies in his 24 years of experience as a chartered accountant in Canada. Mr. Edwards replaces David Minas who resigned to pursue other interests.

Andrew McIntyre, Chairman and CEO of Prism stated, “With this appointment we are adding considerable strength to our financial functions which we anticipate will contribute significantly to future growth and profitability.”
