Voobon Ventures Invests $60.7M in AM Capital

May 20, 2009 - PRLog -- Global venture capital firm Voobon Ventures partnered with AM Capital for their “Waterfall and Wilsontown” projects by investing $60.7 million through private equity capital funding.  The current projects, Waterfall Shoppes Power Center and Wilsontown Power Center in Grandville, Michigan, are part of the first Private Placement Memorandum offered in AM Capital’s development history.  This partnership will involve future projects and extend through 2013.

AM Capital is an innovative real estate company that invests real estate capital to develop competitive acquisitions and mergers, and great opportunities for real estate property development. The company plans to acquire raw land for the development of retail power and lifestyle centers, residential plat development, and high-end condo development.
