Chrysler Termination will not Put a Stop to Preston Auto's Success

Chrysler Closing will not eliminate Preston BMW
By: PrestonAuto
May 15, 2009 - PRLog -- Kevin Leya, owner of the Preston Auto Mall, verified today that his Chrysler franchise was on the list of franchises to be discontinued by the auto maker. He stated “Preston Auto Mall is not closing. Our main business has been, and will continue to be, new BMW sales, certified pre owned BMW sales, and used car sales as well as our outstanding BMW service record. The new Chrysler-Jeep line represents a very small percentage of our total operation.” Mr. Leya went on to say “There will be no lay-offs or cut backs of any kind. It’s just not going to make much difference here.” Mr. Leya did say that he was disappointed in Chrysler’s decision to include him in their cut back, but was definitely not completely surprised as the auto make had made it clear they prefer dealerships that carry all 3 of their lines and he only represented 2 of them. “Preston is the only authorized BMW sales and service dealer in the Mahoning Valley. With our combination as a successful BMW dealer and our healthy used vehicle sales, we will be a thriving business serving the community for years to come” Mr. Leya concluded. We go to great lengths to convenience our customers via our internet department.
