New Media Solutions wins 2 telly awards

May 12, 2009 - PRLog -- New York City, NY- The winners of the 30th Annual Telly Awards have been announced, including Puyallup, Washington based New Media Solutions. With more than 14,000 entries from all 50 states and around the world, this year’s competition saw an explosion in the number of new media and video streaming entries.

New Media Solutions won in the online video marketing category in recruiting for a four part series produced for Cascade Christian Schools. The series, Who We Are, What We Believe, featured powerful testimonials from students, parents, teachers and administrators blending a variety of styles and storytelling techniques to bring the private school district’s message to life on its website, on YouTube and as a presentation tool to show to families interesting learning more about the district’s programs.


“It’s great to be recognized, but what really excites me is to see the positive response the videos have generated for Cascade Christian Schools,” New Media Solutions President Tom Layson said. “We started with an idea to do one video, but once the ideas started flowing, it was hard to stop at four. Most organizations have a lot of stories to tell once they get a little help catching the vision and understanding how easily it can be done.”
