In the fifth weeks you can take soft foods including fish and ground turkey but you will be careful to chew your food very well otherwise you may vomit and can get some swelling on your stomach.

If you are unable to digest soft food, you will have to return on your previous liquid diet and can come slowly back to pureed food again.

In the last phase of your eating you can come to solid foods in the notice of your physician. You should avoid of taking solid food in the morning as it can cause problem for you. You should avoid of taking much food at a time and should chew food carefully. You are allowed to take three nutrients meals every day. Two ounces of food can be stored in the pouch at a time so you should avoid of taking much food.

There are some foods which can harm your stomach so you should try to avoid of them. These are including dried fruits, asparagus, pineapple, rhubarb, corn, popcorn, grapes, walnuts, peanuts, almonds soda pop and other carbonated beverages, all high calorie drinks and foods.

These are some suggestion to follow good results in minimum time. If you follow the following instructions completely, you are the best candidate for the lap band surgery.
