Dallas, TX selected as kick-off city to host 1st Wii Bowling Tournament; 250k+ in Prizes!

May 1, 2009 - PRLog -- On June 6th, 2009, with summer in full swing, Octagon Entertainment LLC will bring Wii gamers from across the metroplex to compete on the coolest game console in the country for cash and prizes in the tournament’s regional qualifier.

Players will participate in rank-based elimination until a regional winner is determined. Held at the Mesquite Convention Center; Wii Tournii offers prizes up to $5,000 in regional events and also advance the top 5 competitors to the championship elimination that will be held in Orlando, FL on November 14, 2009. The WiiTournii in Dallas, Texas is expecting to draw hundreds of local attendees for an exciting and fun day of competition against fellow Wii enthusiasts.
