Author Dedicates Book to His Deceased Publisher

April 29, 2009 - PRLog -- In 2005, Bruce Goldwell began writing the first book of the Dragon Keepers series. It was Goldwell's intention from the very start to have six books in this fantasy adventure series which intially targeted young readers. Over time, readers of all ages have joined the growing list of fans watching for the release of each book.

Goldwell's intent was to teach young people good principles by using a story that leads them through a great adventure using fantasy, mystery and magic. His main character in the Dragon Keepers series is Merlin the Magician who starts out in Book I as a young boy then ages with each new book. Goldwell believes that just like the Harry Potter series that it will be the release of Book III that will cause his book series to become noticed by the masses.

Just before each book release, Goldwell offers those that would like an autographed copy of his books the opportunity to pre-order them online up until the time the book becomes available on Amazon.com. There were only a handful of people that became prevy to the release of the first book but the numbers have grown over the years and even more people are geared up for the next release which will occur early this summer. Book III is in the final stages of production and will soon become available for fantasy adventure lovers to purchase online on Amazon.

There is a special dedication in Book III of Dragon Keepers which is a tribute to one of his fans. Frank Thompson was the husband of Ruth Thompson who is Goldwell's publisher. Frank, an avid fan of the book series and an intricle part of the publishing team, died on December 30, 2008. Frank was not just Goldwell's publisher but a person that believed in the mission that Goldwell has for his books in helping touch the lives of children worldwide.
