Dan Parker, president of Parker & Associates, Inc., represented the landlord in negotiations, for the 8,400 sq ft space at 1601 Newport Boulevard in Costa Mesa, CA.  The property is located at the signalized intersection of Newport Boulevard and 16th Street, which offers excellent traffic and visibility.  Dave Bueche of Sperry Van Ness represented the tenant.
