Each item is made from freshwater pearls and sterling silver, with an extension chain  so the jewellery grows as the child grows. Added to the chain is a small charm to symbolise the occasion being celebrated. A cross for a Christening, a tiny pearl or sterling silver teddy bear for a new baby girl. The customer chooses every step of the way, from the colour of the pearls, to which charm. Making every item unique and personal.

The Little Pearl Company and The Children’s Jewellery Company are sister companies based in Somerset, selling both online and at selected children’s retail outlets. Harriet McAlonan started the company after struggling to find stylish jewellery for her own children. Having spent 12 years in sales and marketing, and with a background in art and design she has used the skills she has gained in founding and building the companies.
