The Solar Jar-Solar Powered Light Jar does exactly, well, what it says on the jar!  It is a unique frosted glass preserve jar, with a concealed solar panel that stores the sun’s energy.  It charges an AA battery in daylight, which powers the light.  This clever gizmo has a light sensor that tells the Solar Jar when it is dark. When night falls the Solar Jar creates a beautiful warm glow. It provides up to 8 hours of light in one charge! It has a waterproof seal, so it can be used indoors or outside.

The Solar Powered Light Jar is ideal for conservatories.  Put it out in the garden, or out on the patio.  The Solar Jar is perfect for those lazy summer evening barbeques.  You know what it is like; you’re having such a great relaxing time you do not even notice the sun going down.  With this jar, you will not have to leave the comfort of your comfy lounger to go and switch on a light, because as soon as the sun sets, the Solar Jar automatically illuminates with a golden yellow glow.

The Solar Jar also acts as a comforting night-light for children (and adults for that matter).  Put it in the window to charge the battery during the day.  Then at night, place it anywhere in the room for a peaceful nights rest.

Why not get the Moon Jar – Blue Sun Jar too.  It works in the exact same way as the Solar Jar.  Only the Moon Jar glows a calming blue light instead of yellow.

The mysterious and enchanting Moon Jar uses a specialised Solar Power Cell battery that charges from the daylight.  The energy efficient LED light automatically glows when the sun disappears, and the moon comes out to play.  Use the Moon Jar indoors to create a soothing ambience.  But seeing as it’s waterproof too, why not place the Moon Jar outdoors to generate a fairy-like setting in your garden?

The Blue Sun Jar gives out a cooler, subtler radiance which is ideal for chilling out with friends, or for simply winding down at the end of a hectic day.  The sun may gently fade away into darkened skies, but the cool sky-like glow from the Blue Sun Jar will keep shining all night long.

Both the Solar Jar and the Moon Jar are totally portable, waterproof, compact and rechargeable.  This makes them both ideal to take away camping.  They make a terrific eco-gift too.  So add some atmosphere to your home, garden or camping trip with the Solar and Moon Jars.  Why look out into darkness, when you can enjoy the glow of these beautiful night lights.
