April 19, 2009 - PRLog -- "Youngen and Rufus" are the main characters from author and bilingual Child Counselor, Maria J. Andrade's book, "Youngen Finds Her Song, An Inspiring Adventure From The Heart of Nature."

The book, widely used in schools around the country and in Canada, teaches children self confidence, compassion, earth stewardship and hope. The story will come to life through the audio-book version which contains special effects, music and the voices of birds and insects.

It will be on display at the Claremont Packing House location and will be on sale with 10% of all proceeds dedicated to the "International Tree Society". An Author's signing is also scheduled.

This will be one of many events in a fun filled, family oriented day with over 80 exhibitors, speakers on sustainability for home and businesses, green activities for children at the Claremont Art Museum and ecological products for a better future!

Organized by Sustainable Claremont, the Claremont Interfaith Committe on Sustainability,
and the Claremont Bicycle/Pedestrian Advisory Committee.
