Is U.S. Screen Print out of business?

April 16, 2009 - PRLog -- Is U.S. Screen Print out of business?  They are not answering phones, returning voice mail or email messages and haven't been now for several weeks.

Other businesses are reporting the same problem.  The same recording has remained on the support line now for three weeks saying that this week the support department is moving and is only returning voice mails and emails.  When the button for voice mail is pushed you are informed that this is an inactive line.  When emails are sent, no replies come back.  Numerous calls and emails to various personnell and departments all lead to the same result.  Nobody answers any phone and nobody returns calls or emails.

Thus the question:  Is U.S. Screen Print out of business?  Apparently nobody knows the answer to this question.  When trying to call Scott Fresner, president, calls are routed to the sales department where nobody answers the phone or returns calls.

Given the prior history of excellent service from U.S. Screen print, it would seem that something, if not everything, has changed.  This author recommends extreme caution before making any purchases from this company that sells software for the screen printing industry and Direct To Garment machines for printing T-shirts.
