Retire In The Philippines, Live In Beautiful Surroundings With Friendly Neighbours On A Low Budget.

A lot of retired empty nesters are rattling around in big houses in Australia, Europe, and the United States. By simply renting their current residence out for six months or a year they could taste what life is like in a tropical paradise.

April 15, 2009 - PRLog -- Most people who have spent a lifetime working hard and paying off their mortgage dream of spending their retirement playing golf, gardening, cooking or finding new hobbies to occupy their time.
The reality of retirement in the Western World is quite harsh with the cost of living so high, retired people find their monthly income is inadequate and they end up spending their retirement worrying about paying household bills and maintaining their property.
Not to mention the weather and general resentment towards elderly people in the West as everybody rushes around trying to win the rat race, (the problem with the rat race is that even if you win, you are still a rat), without any consideration for their neighbours, relatives or elders.
Options are limited, most retirees will have paid off their mortgage but moving into specialist retirement villages or apartments can prove costly with high monthly service charges. Another option is to downsize to a ground floor apartment or a bungalow and spend the difference on either vacations or investments, but once the money is spent or invested what then?
Some retirees would prefer to stay in their houses and keep their independence but that can be prohibitively expensive with heating bills, property maintenance costs and the uncertainty regarding future mobility issues.
How about a different option, an option that provides a comfortable and fulfilling lifestyle in a tropical paradise with friendly neighbours and in splendid surroundings.

Do you need to sell your property?  No
Do you need to downsize to a smaller property? No
Is it a one way ticket? No

Is it a magical adventure? Yes
If I don't like the Philippines could I return to my property and carry on as before? Yes
If I decide to stay permanently in the Philippines would I need to sell my property? No

How is this possible, to try and experience a magical adventure in a tropical paradiise without risking my current situation?

The answer is easy, and a lot of people are now catching on, if your house is in good shape simply rent it out for six months. The money you earn from renting your property in the West is more than enough to not only rent a spectacular apartment in the Philippines, but also to pay for all your monthly outgoings.

Why not live in an apartment with a sea view?
Eat out in restaurants every night?
Enjoy pleasant strolls along the sand watching the sunset?
Spend the hottest part of the day in your air conditioned apartment reading a novel?
Play golf twice a week?
Take up deep sea fishing?
Enjoy some of the best snorkelling and scuba diving in the world?

Is there a company that specialises in making this happen?

The answer is no, there is not.

This is about you taking control of your destiny and making your assets work for you.
You do not need to seek specialist advice to make this happen.
Just rent out your house and buy yourself a ticket and spend six months in paradise.
