April 9, 2009 - PRLog -- The recent Government stimulus package provides significant funds to Social Security. The package gives a one time stimulus payment to more than 55 million Title II and Social Security Income (SSI) beneficiaries in the amount of $250.00.

The law requires that Social Security makes this payment no later than 120 days of February 17, 2009. No additional action is required to receive this payment.
