The Home pro village shopping mall is having operators like Super sports, MK Restaurant, KFC, and other restaurants and services. In the home pro Village mall , Villa Market will open a new outlet , Villa market is a Bangkok based family owned business who started there business back in 1974 in Bangkok. Today Villa market is operating 14 outlets with more than 10 000 food items and 5 000 wine items, and Phuket Chalong will be there 15 Th outlets.
I’m sure that the residents in the southern part of Phuket are looking forward to the opening of the new shop and to there fresh choice of meat, wine, cheese, fish, vegetables and fruit.

Beside above mentioned shopping malls, we can also find a new shopping plaza named Dracaena who is having 34 new shopping outlets and they are targeting 2 groups of businesses business offices and commercial for shop, restaurant, and office rental. On the other hand you have the existing Fisherman way business center with a mix of shops, restaurants and businesses.

Beside the shopping malls and shopping plaza’s you will find in Southern Phuket a big choice of different shops a side the roads.

The best to discover Southern Phuket is to have a look around, driving around on your bike or in the car will bring you from one amazing in to the other.
You will notice on your drive around that most of the construction in the Southern part of Phuket is low rise residential development. It is hard to find here high rise condominium buildings what is making from the area a real residential area, both for short or long stay residents.
