Texas Trophy Hunters Association Announces New Community Outreach Campaign

Over 32 years ago, the Texas Trophy Hunters Association (TTHA) developed a strong set of core goals designed to promote and preserve our hunting heritage.

April 2, 2009 - PRLog -- San Antonio, Texas – Over 32 years ago, the Texas Trophy Hunters Association (TTHA) developed a strong set of core goals designed to promote and preserve our hunting heritage:

   Support the development of the quality and quantity of trophy wildlife populations throughout North America and the world.

   Support the improvements of wildlife and its habitat through responsible management and legislation.

   Serve the hunting community through the sharing of experience, knowledge and technology.

   Promote the education of youth in securing the future of the hunting tradition.

   Extend the goodwill of members through community outreach.

One of the goals, “Extend the goodwill of members through community outreach”, is one we hold very dear to our hearts.  Over the years, TTHA has supported various hunting-related charities and service organizations, on behalf of its members. In 2008, organizations like Military Warriors Support Foundation, Show of Support, Texas Brigades, Christian Outdoor Alliance, Children’s Miracle Network, United Special Sportsmen’s Alliance and many other groups and individuals, benefitted directly from allocation of membership funds. We receive numerous requests to sponsor and support organizations worldwide.

In 2009, in addition to assigning membership dollars to funding such efforts, TTHA is launching a new advertising affinity program to help support the community outreach campaign. Through this program, visitors to our website at www.ttha.com can take advantage of cost savings on products and services. For each order, TTHA receives a small commission on sales, which we will designate for exclusive use in the community outreach program.
