LivHOME Buying Assets of AllianceCare Private Duty Businesses in 5 East Coast States

March 30, 2009 - PRLog -- LOS ANGELES, – LivHOME, Inc., (http://www.livhome.com) the nation’s largest provider of professionally led at-home care for seniors, today announced that it is acquiring the assets of AllianceCare’s private duty businesses in five East Coast states.

The acquisition includes the assets of AllianceCare private duty offices in Arlington, VA; Atlanta, GA; Boston, MA; Philadelphia, PA; and Silver Spring, MD. As LivHOME’s largest acquisition to date, it provides the company with a coast-to-coast footprint and represents an important step in its nationwide expansion. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition of AllianceCare’s private duty offices in these five states is LivHOME’s third in 2008 and it’s seventh since the beginning of 2007. The assets of AllianceCare, a premier post-acute care provider, include a combination of at-home and facility-based senior-care operations.
