Noble Manhattan developing operations in Poland

March 29, 2009 - PRLog -- Noble Manhattan one of the leading life coaching institutions in Europe is developing its operations in Poland. Announcing this to the media Mr. Gerard O’Donovan, the CEO of the company said that Noble Manhattan has tied up with a local Polish company ZB Executive Consulting based out of Warsaw to launch its operations in the country.  ZB Executive Consulting will be the exclusive licensee of Noble Manhattan in Poland. With extensive coaching experience in the United Kingdom and other countries Noble Manhattan will share its coaching experience with the Polish people. Mr. O’Donovan said that many Polish organizations have expressed interest in the coaching services of the company. Mr. O’Donovan has made numerous trips to the country to develop business relationships and establish the Noble Manhattan brand in the country.

The efforts of the company in establishing the Polish operations have already met with a fair amount of success. People and organizations in the country have started taking interest in the concept of life coaching. Mr. O’Donovan said that experienced coaches from the company’s main office in United Kingdom will be taking the lead in coaching activities. This will be till the time that the local staff is well equipped to handle sessions independently. However, coaches from the company’s head office will frequent different locations in Europe just like any other country. The courses will be delivered in English as well as Polish. This will help organizations and people to quickly adopt the fundamentals of life coaching. Mr. O’Donovan said that life coaching is a concept which has great power to impact the life of people and give competitive advantages to organizations.  ZB Executive Consulting will handle business development activities taking Noble Manhattan’s services closer to the Polish people. Mr. O’Donovan said that the relationship will create a name which will become synonymous with life coaching in Poland.

As recognition of his experience and expertise as a seasoned life coach professional Mr. Gerard O’Donovan has been invited to speak at the large H R Congress conference taking place in Warsaw on 27th and 28th of April as the main international keynote speaker.  During his address Mr. O’Donovan is expected to speak on various areas of life coaching and how it benefits organizations and individuals to achieve more in their lives.  On March 18, 2009 Noble Manhattan organized their first “Introduction to Coaching” event in the beautiful southern Polish city of Krakow. This was a landmark event which signaled the beginning of Noble Manhattan’s journey in Poland. The enthusiasm of the people who attended the program cemented Noble Manhattan’s belief that coaching is a philosophy that the Polish organisations and people are taking to their heart.  Following this first event there will be a series of similar events across the country, the dates for which will be announced well in advance.

Mr. O’Donovan said that Polish people and organizations are becoming aware of the benefits of life coaching. Noble Manhattan will foster the growth of life coaching in Poland just as it as done in the United Kingdom and other countries.  ZB Executive Consulting as the sole licensee of Noble Manhattan in Poland will ensure that life coaching and the Noble Manhattan brand becomes a part of Polish culture in a few years time.
