Surrey Personal Training, Rick Kaselj, Hosting a Presentation on Exercises for Joint Replacement Clients

Surrey, BC – Thursday, March 26, 2009 - Personal trainers in Surrey, Langley, Abbotsford and Vancouver are starting to see more clients with joint replacements.  After physical therapy, clients with hip, knee and shoulder replacement surgery have been encouraged to start an exercise program.  Most of these joint replacement clients are relying on fitness professionals to help them with an exercise program to strengthen the muscles around their joint replacement and to improve the range of motion they have in the joint replacement.  Rick Kaselj who performs personal training in Surrey, BC, Canada is hosting a course for fitness professionals on joint replacements and exercise.  The course if called The Joint Replacement Client which is a day long joint replacement course designed to help BCRPA personal trainers, BCRPA weightroom instructors, BCAK Kinesiologist and CSEP exercise physiologists understand the complexities of joint replacements and to focus on pre and post operative exercise prescription.
