Standard complete with:

•   Mechanical  Governor
•   Exhaust Silencer
•   Fuel Filter
•   Fuel Pump
•   Lub. Oil Filter

B.   ALTERNATOR:

Crompton/Leroy Somer Green Self excited, self regulated, Three  phase, 50 / 60 Hz,    1500/ 1800 RPM, 415+/-5% Volts, 0.8 PF, Screen protected, Drip proof confirming to IS-4772:2001                
                                                                     
C.   CONTROL PANEL:

The panel will be equipped as follows:
”    MCB/ MDS/Indo Kopp/ Schneider/ Equi
•   One ammeter with selector switch or 3 No. Ammeters – AE/IMP/Equi
•   One voltmeter with selector switch – AE/IMP/Equi
•   Instrument fuses
•   Pilot lamps for ‘Load On’ and ‘ Set Running’
•   Incoming & outgoing terminals

•   One no. Base Frame of sturdy design

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION OF ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE

   The enclosure is modular in construction.
   The enclosure is fabricated out of suitable thickness of cold rolled cold annealed (CRCA) sheet.
   Base frame is made of ISMC of suitable sections.
   Durable industrial locking system is provided on doors.
   Doors are gasketted with high quality gasket.

CORROSION RESISTANCE:

   Zinc passivity hardware is used to avoid rusting.

ACCOUSTIC INSULATION:

   Sound proofing of the enclosure is done with quality Rock Wool confirming to IS-8183 of 64 kg/m3 density. More over HDPE layer is provided for Antidumping treatment
    Rock Wool is covered with Fiber tissue paper fire resistive.

VENTILATION & AIR CIRCULATION:-
Forced ventilation system is engineered to provide sufficient airflow for heat removal and combustion.
