A new release of MyShop introduces an expanded Intelligent Estimating Engine and upgraded reporting abilities. Companies control all operations in one, easy-to-use software package.
 
March 24, 2009 - PRLog -- Digital Imaging Group introduces, MyShop, a web-based workflow solution featuring an expanded Intelligent Estimating Engine and upgraded reporting ability. With MyShop, business is a process that starts with sales contacts and continues seamlessly through estimating and production to completed orders. Companies have unlimited access to the entire workflow process from any internet connection.

Customer relationships are maintained in MyShop’s contact management section which includes complete contact information, a color-coded calendar to highlight scheduled meetings and calls, and a format to add and store contact notes. Emails can be sent directly from the package for efficiency. All contact history, estimates and orders, is readily available for review.

The power of MyShop resides in its expanded Intelligent Estimating Engine which generates estimates immediately. MyShop’s estimating engine allows for square foot, unit and linear material handling as well as support for multiple product lines. Orders enter the production workflow directly from approved estimates. Detailed production scheduling options and immediate ordering tracking ability maximize efficiency. Fulfillment capabilities include both single and multiple shipping locations and automated shipment calculations.

A new expanded reporting system monitors productivity in the MyShop Dashboard. Custom reports for detailed company overviews include: estimate, order and invoice statistics (current and past), individual contact statistics, and employee or team productivity. MyShop allows for customization of company operations including setting and variable options, the ability to include auto-rounding for estimates, and an option for automatic approval of estimates.
