Network Engineering Technologies Announces Key Leadership Changes

Organizational restructuring realigns business with corporate strategy
 
March 23, 2009 - PRLog -- Network Engineering Technologies, Inc. (NET), an industry-leading technology services company, today announced changes to its organizational structure and senior management team.  Effective immediately, Gary Czubak will transition to the role of Chief Information Officer and Chief Technology Officer. John R. McMahon and Richard Sauer will be promoted to Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer respectively.

The new organizational structure is aimed directly at helping NET to continuously improve our customer service and solutions delivery while ensuring that we have the flexibility in structure to position ourselves competitively in our continuously dynamic environment. Moving forward we are expecting big results and are confident that we have the leadership in place to achieve them.”

Executive Bios

Gary R. Czubak, as CIO/CTO has overall responsibility for leading the Company’s IT Department and National Customer Support Center (NCSC) which includes Service Desk and call center responsibilities. As CIO/CTO, Mr. Czubak plays a key role in ensuring our customer’s expectations are exceeded by leveraging his more than 35 years of global technology management experience in the retail, government, hospitality and travel as well as telecommunications industries. Prior to joining NET, Mr. Czubak served as Vice President of Operations for BuySide Inc. where he was responsible for establishing a unified IP communications infrastructure. Prior to joining Buyside, Mr. Czubak served as Vice President of Information Technology & CTO at Budget Group.

John R. McMahon, as COO joined NET in June 2008 and brings over 20 years of telecom and data communications sales leadership experience. In this role, Mr. McMahon will oversee all aspects of NET’s business development, sales, marketing, product development and solutions delivery activities. Mr. McMahon most recently served as Vice President of US Markets for Polycom, Inc.  where he was responsible for 28% of the company’s worldwide revenues. Prior to joining Polycom, McMahon’s experience spanned a variety of strategic sales management and leadership roles with companies including Cisco Systems, Coppercom, The Wollongong Group and Vertical Networks.

Richard Sauer, as CFO joined NET in January 2008. Mr. Sauer’s professional experience includes over 20 years of financial executive experience with an extensive multi-industry background in accounting, administration and quality control. Mr. Sauer, as CFO has responsibility for the Company’s overall financial planning, cash flow management as well as accounting, purchasing, ERP and quality management systems. Prior to joining NET, Mr. Sauer held positions as Controller and Senior Director of Materials Management with Roche NimbleGen where he was responsible for accounting, human resources, purchasing and back office systems development. Prior thereto Mr. Sauer served as Vice President of Administration for ABC-NACO – Rail Signal Division.
