Rufus Sprague, owner of Tankinz Noodle MFG. Businesses are using the cookies with their own personalized messages placed inside as a way of promoting there new products at tradeshows.  Where you would normally receive a pen or a sucker, now you are getting a treat and a great promotion inside.
