Objekts.co.uk - Online Design Boutique Celebrates 1st Anniversary

March 18, 2009 - PRLog -- April 2009 see’s the first anniversary of online design boutique Objekts (www.objekts.co.uk).

Initially starting from a small base of niche homeware products, Objekts has sparkled over the last twelve months, introducing firm design favourites from Alessi, Guzzini and Eva Solo; promoting new design teams like Ovetto, Vitamin and Black + Blum, plus launching some exclusive products like the extremely popular Spinwine from Danish company Spinwater, the Spinpitcher and the Light Arch candelabra from D-ZN.

To celebrate the first anniversary, Objekts have added three more impressive names to their store. A fantastic line of bathroom accessories from Bodo Sperlein, retro,  psychedelic textiles from Alan Aldridge and the superb Living Kitchen range from British favourite Nigella Lawson.

During the early part of 2009, Objekts.co.uk (www.objekts.co.uk) has teamed up with leading British design magazines, including Grand Designs, Utopia Kitchen & Bathroom and Living Etc.

In a recent interview, Lee Marriott, Managing Director of Objekts Ltd had this to say about adding new brands to their store. “We love to mix the great design icons alongside more tradition British designs. Our insight and belief in new designers and design houses is what really excites us. Not many people could get excited about a new kitchen waste bin but the first time we saw the Ovetto Recycling Bin, we just knew it had to become part of our store.”

Marriott goes on to say, “We hope to bring on more designers, both established and new, during 2009. “
