                                 LIL CEASE PRESENTS: “HARDBODY FITNESS”

(Brooklyn, New York March 16, 2009.) Lil Cease presents “HardBody Fitness”, the most highly anticipated fitness DVD series in Hip-Hop history. James Lloyd known to the hip-hop world as rapper “Lil Cease”, Junior Mafia member turned solo artist debuts volume one of the HardBody Urban fitness series. Cease spent the past couple of month promoting his fitness project with a barrage of interviews including BET’s “The Deal” and MTV News. HardBody Fitness Volume 1 features Lil Cease and Money L.

“Because of Lil Cease and Money L, and their obvious affiliation with The Notorious BIG, the DVD will reach a market that is not traditionally targeted for health and fitness; The urban youth”, says HardBody Entertainments Co-CEO Mazi Oyo. The HardBody DVD features a 5-day basic workout routine used by Lil Cease, including muscle charts, diet tips, and even fitness facts. Lil Cease along with HB Master Trainer and Certified instructor Lamont “Money L” Mosley walk viewers through a regimen that includes traditional and nontraditional exercises. Routines like the anti gravity and abdominal crushing “Windshield wipers” and the hydraulic inspired “6-4” push-ups sent the Internet into a frenzy over the HardBody DVD trailers, and are some of the unconventional exercises viewers will be taught. The routines on the DVD are explained in a fun yet informative style.

Since HardBody Entertainment began releasing the video trailers online there has been an enormous amount of positive feedback and support. Celebrities like UFC champ Rashad Evans, 50 Cent, Steve Rifkind, P. Diddy, Fabolous, Faith Evans, American Gladiator and IFBB fitness pro Tanji Johnson, Nore, Lady Luck, Jamal “Gravy” Woolard, Havoc (of Mobb Deep), Busta Rhymes, LL Cool J, Milani Rose, Big Lez, and even Radio Personalities like Big Boy, and Miss Info of Hot 97 have all watched Lil Cease’s HardBody video transformation.

“We have actually created a movement that originated with artists like Melly Mel, and LL Cool J. Our goal is to take it to that next level and make staying healthy and fit a trend" says Lil Cease, who is also Co-CEO of HardBody Entertainment.
Gaining over half a million views in a matter of weeks, Mazi Oyo had the website updated to include a section for video downloads. With increased video watching capabilities on mobile devices, Mazi O. and Lil Cease are taking advantage of this platform and the overall natural progression towards mobile entertainment.
HardBody Fitness: Volume 1 begins with XXL’s Editor Datwon Thomas giving his account of witnessing and being inspired by the physical transformation of Lil Cease. MTV’s Sway also sits down with Lil Cease for an in-depth interview regarding Ceases tremendous weight loss, his apparent maturation and growth, and his transformation from Lil Cease “the rapper” to James Lloyd the “businessman”.

“HardBody” was initially an idea for an urban print publication in 2005, and soon became an Internet only magazine. By 2006 the company had already launched a radio show on 99.5FM in New York City. It is now not only an entertainment company, but a BRAND.

HardBody Entertainment will also release the following DVD’s:
•   HardBody Women
•   HardBody presents “8 Pack Abs”
•   HardBody Celebrities
•   HardBody Teens
