By: World Links Arab Region These talks probed possibilities for utilizing a developmental program for educational tolls that is based on up-to-date information and communications technologies, aiming at reaching 1000 teachers by training them on the modern technological applications, used for all curricula and school subjects. Mrs. Bsaiso shed the light on the achievements of Tunisia, on the technology infrastructure and other accomplishments that are needed to run the program, which aims to enhance teachers and students capacities to become competent in the use of up-to-date technologies. HE Ben Salem stressed the importance that Tunisia has given to the merging of new technologies in the school programs, and expressed his appreciation for such a program which encourages and facilitates the use of information technology. It is also worthwhile to add that the “World Links Arab Region” program aims to reach 100 million students from 15 Arab Countries.
