Learn2Discern Daily Video Commentary From Coral Ridge Ministries Celebrates One Year Online and On-Air



FORT LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA  – Learn2Discern, the daily 90-second video feature from Coral Ridge Ministries, marks one year today since its 2008 launch.



Today’s anniversary installment, “Presidential Panic Attack,” is the 261st edition of Learn2Discern, which is now on 30 television stations, nine radio outlets, 12 video-sharing sites, such as YouTube.com, and two social networking websites. Nearly 250,000 people have watched Learn2Discern online since it began on March 6, 2008. http://coralridge.org/l2d



Learn2Discern commentaries bring biblical perspective to a broad range of moral and cultural issues. Past editions have addressed abortion, free speech, homosexual marriage, global warming, messianic prophecy, Islam, China’s one-child policy, a school board Bible ban, progress in Iraq, domestic oil drilling, and much more.



“I am pleased that we are gaining an audience for this Christian worldview commentary,” said Learn2Discern host John Rabe.



“We’ve covered a lot of ground over the last year, stirred some spirited debate online, and hopefully helped Christians think more clearly about moral questions in the news,” said Rabe, a nationally-syndicated radio host at CBS Sportsline and the SportsFan Radio Network before coming to Coral Ridge Ministries.


Learn2Discern offers Christian television and radio stations a professional, easy-to-watch-or-listen-to package that attracts audiences with fresh and biblically grounded insights on contemporary concerns.



The daily video feature is available to television stations for download each week during the 15-minute test window before The Coral Ridge Hour satellite feed is retrieved. (The same five features will be available on both the Tuesday and Wednesday feeds).
