We are UK based organization. We are looking for experienced and qualified service providers to submit their proposal who are interested in providing Contact Centre Services (Call Center) (including a text message service) to us. Call Center must have single toll free number to the provider as our help line. Approximately 3,16,000 in-bound phone calls, 3,50,000 text messages, 32 e-mails per month.
Scope of services:
1.) Respond to inbound Contact Centre telephone calls and requests by fax and web service forms.
2.) Log all Contact Centre calls, requests received by the Contact Centre.
3.) Manage complaints and escalation of calls and requests.
4.) Use our system for providing proper information to the callers.
5.) Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system to enable callers to self-direct their calls.
6.) Desirable language assistance to the callers.
7.) Provide outbound assistance to the caller using phone, fax, email and mail.
8.) We will provide all the content and scripts to the provider.
9.) Provide all the log reports on daily basis.
Payment terms will be set with the selected provider only.. Interested service providers are requested to send their proposal on or before 4.00 pm, Wednesday 25 March 2009 via post, courier or hand delivered only. We have scheduled a briefing (Optional) on Monday 2 March 2009. This tender is global and offsite. For more details have a look on attachment. Out Bound:
We are UK based web Development Company and looking for affiliates for telesales and marketing campaign. We need centers with minimum 10 seats to dial in UK, USA, Australia, Canada and New Zealand, to sale our various website packages. Centers need to manage their own leads. Payout for the first 2 months will depends on the sales as that can be from 20- 240 USD per sale ( depends on the product price) after 2 months payout will be 10 USD per hr. per sale, on weekly or bi-weekly basis.
