The measure of success for a exhibition is the number of participants, the varied subjects within the specialization covered, and the concurrent conference, the quality of onsite services and mainly the visitor turnout and the quality vis-à-vis the “trade visitor” count as per the industry the event belongs to.

Good exhibitors and good turnout are both critical and important as far organizer is concerned and they are both interlinked, good turnout ensures good repeat participation and more, and like wise good exhibitors ensure repeat visits the next year by visitors and more.
