According to Gaddour, the following dietary guidelines have produced both body and life-changing results for our many clients around the world. Typical results are losses of two to three pounds of ugly, unwanted body fat per week and a reduction in at least one clothing size per month.

Tip#1- Stay Hydrated: Drink at least two to four cups of water immediately upon waking and then drink at least one to two cups of water every two hours you are awake. A dehydrated organism cannot effectively lose body fat.

Tip#2- Eat Early and Eat Often: Eat immediately upon waking and then again every two to four hours after that for a total of six to eight feedings per day.
