RespirTech Appoints Mary Kay Full As CFO

St. Paul, Minnesota – RespirTech recently announced the appointment of Mary Kay Full as its new CFO. RespirTech is a privately owned manufacturer and distributor of the inCourage™ system, a device that uses high frequency chest compression (HFCC) technology to remove excess secretions from the lungs of people with impaired airway clearance. Ms Full is a seasoned business executive with skills and experience ideally suited to meet the strategic and fiscal challenges of a rapidly growing medical device company.  K. James Ehlen, M.D., RespirTech’s CEO, expressed high confidence in the talents she will bring to the table. “During her career, Kay has applied her expertise in the medical products industry to support companies in the strategic development of their offerings, operational systems and customer interfaces. During her career, Ms Full served most recently as Senior Vice President of Operations for Magellan Medical Services, Inc., a consulting firm focused on management of the medical product life cycle.  In that role, she executed client projects budgeted at several million dollars. At Access Genetics, she implemented financial and system improvements to aid in maximizing the company’s return on shareholder investment. Ms. Full’s talents were finely honed during her thirteen year tenure at EMPI, Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of a variety of biomedical devices and accessories.  There she served successively as Treasurer/Controller, Vice President, Sales Operations and Executive Consultant. Her abilities were tapped to manage a major corporate restructuring and to craft and implement extensive systems and operations changes. As former Senior Operations Analyst for Hill-Rom, FKA Advanced Respiratory, Ms. Full joins ResprTech with significant experience working with an antecedent version of its chief product offering, the inCourage™ system, with a focus upon developing reimbursement systems.
