Feb. 25, 2009 - PRLog -- The Oscar red carpet got a glamorous preview when over 200 celebrities flocked to Café La Boheme for an event showcasing the upcoming hot styles expected to be on display during this month’s Academy Awards.
Over twenty vendors filled the suite including True Religion Fragrance and Juan Juan, but the day’s highlights seemed to be centered around the top balcony booth belonging to Capelta Boots by Monique.
“Wow, this is a party and a suite! The vibe in here is amazing!” said Rumer Willis, 2009 Miss Golden Globe.
The venue’s atmosphere was ignited from the outset when Capelta and her crew walked through the corridors created by adjoining tables with martinis in hand and fur on their feet.  Even some Hollywood veterans couldn’t shake their awe when describing boots as extraordinary as the event itself.
“These are rock and roll, man,” exclaimed 2009 Grammy award winner Tia Carrere as the tassels from her boots swayed as she rocked in her chair.
“They’re beautiful.  I just love them,” declared actress Melanie Griffith.
Capelta’s boots weren’t the only attraction.  The Oscar suite featured a stellar lineup of giveaways, including skin care and fragrance items, lingerie, exotic trips, jewelry, footwear, goodies, and spirits.
