Feb. 19, 2009 - PRLog -- This week's Daily Health Bulletins have again been full of new healthy lifestyle information.

We started off with some healthy eating tips that keep meals exciting and your tastebuds tantalized!

Healthy eating doesn't have to be bland or boring, so check out these top ideas to put some zing into your meals without adding calories.

We followed this by asking "How many cups of coffee do you drink a day?". If it's between 3 - 5 cups then you could be reducing your risk of developing Alzheimer's later in life.

Kirsten Whittaker, the Editor of Daily Health Bulletin commented that "between 2.4 to 4.5 million Americans are currently living with Alzheimer’s, it's an increasing problem for many families, so any useful studies on ways of reducing the risks is beneficial."

Discover the results in the Daily Health Bulletin and what it means for you.

And finally we ended the week by busting some of the well known and well loved medical myths.
