Feb. 18, 2009 - PRLog -- Southern Backwoods Adventures™ TV, the award-winning reality outdoors show, announced today the beginning of a new era in the outdoor industry with the evolution of the popular show’s name into The Backwoods Life™.

The trend-setting new show The Backwoods Life™ will have a prime time airing of Monday nights at 8:30pm EST on The Sportsman Channel beginning in July of 2009.  The Southern Backwoods team is no stranger to The Sportsman Channel as they were voted Viewer’s Favorite Hunting Show in 2007 after only airing fourth quarter on the network.

“We are excited about the change of the name.  Change is scary, but this is good change!”  says show host Michael Lee. “We wanted a new, fresh name for the show that actually let’s everyone know that this is our life- The Backwoods Life™.  This is how we live each day, the good, the bad, and the ugly.”
