For 8 years, they have greatly contributed to promote bachata dance in many of USA dance studios and clubs. Bachata was either hated or ignored, but that was history, thanks to their effort in promoting the dance all over the world, bachata is now spreading like a widfire. In collaboration, Rodchata and Jorge Elizondo will be hosting the very first Bachata International Festival in the San Francisco Bay Area. The SF Bachata International Festival will be featuring a massive dance artists line-up such as Tony Lara and Daniela (Italy), Sarunas and Giedre (Lithuania), Nestor and Lidia (Australia), Anup Thomas (Thailand), Grégory and Nanda (Germany), Jorge Elizondo (Texas), Rodney Rodchata Aquino (San Francisco) plus over 30 top teachers and performers in the world. The event will be held at historic Hotel Whitcomb located in downtown San Francisco as well as parties Roccapulco and Glas Kat Nightclubs. Dancers of all levels (Curious, Beginners to Advance) are invited to participate on this exciting event.
