Bruce Goldwell to Release Book III of his Dragon Keepers Series this Summer

Jan. 21, 2009 - PRLog -- Since he began his book series titled “Dragon Keepers” in 2005, Bruce Goldwell has been busy making connections with other best selling authors like Mark Victor Hansen, Jack Canfield, Ted Ciuba and Jill Lublin who have shared with him some of their tips for successful book marketing.  Bruce has never lost sight of his goal to continue the series since release of book II in 2006.  He has been working on connecting with Hollywood insiders so that soon after the release of book III he can begin working on the production for the first movie.  Just after the release of “Dragon Keepers” book I, fans began asking Mr. Goldwell if he was going to have a movie made of the story.  Bruce had been imagining being at the movie awards receiving recognition for his movie while he was writing Book I, so it was no surprise to him when people started inquiring about a possible movie.

The “Dragon Keepers” series is based on a fantasy life of Merlin the Magician (or wizard) and in the first book Merlin is just turning 13 years old.  Through the story Merlin learns important principles that empower him to be a great asset to his community and to mankind in general.   Bruce’s reason for starting Merlin out in his youth is so that young readers can learn side-by-side with Merlin the same principles he learns.  His whole premise is to empower young people to take control of their own life and to understand that they are the ones that determine their present and their future.   As Merlin ages through the series, the fan base of Goldwell’s books age as well.   By the final book, Merlin will have reached that ripe old age that everyone knows him as and have his full long white wizard beard that he is recognized for.

One teacher in New York City schools was so impressed with the story and the principles it teaches that she ordered copies for her whole classroom and read the book as a reading project.  Kally Bougadis is a special education teacher in the New York City school system and she got permission from the school administrators to purchase the books using school funds.  Kally called Mr. Goldwell on the phone and her whole classroom got to speak personally with him.  It was a treat for her students as well as for Mr. Goldwell.

Bruce has spent many hours contemplating what he would include in book III as he wanted to be sure that the quality of the story surpassed that of the first two releases while providing some fresh empowering new principles in the story.   Mr. Goldwell is the Founder of “Mastery of Abundant Living” books and co-authored several titles during 2007.  The Mastery books teach the same principles as shared in the best selling book “The Secret” and Bruce embeds those same success principles into the “Dragon Keepers” stories.  It is his belief that readers of his books and eventually those that attend the movies will gain a new perspective on life and be able to create an amazing life and be great assets to their communities.

Goldwell’s publisher is Saga Books which is located in Canada and has been very supportive in his work.  Bruce is dedicating book III of “Dragon Keepers” to Frank Thompson who passed away December 30th of 2008 and is survived by his wife Ruth.  Frank and his wife have been publishing Bruce’s books since 2005 and Mr. Goldwell wants to be sure that the world remembers Frank.
