Voice of Children against Terrorism

1200 children participated in drawing competition held at Sant Nirankari Public School, Nirankari Colony, Delhi. Competition was organized by Vivekanand talent development society in association with Gantavya Sansthan.
 
Jan. 20, 2009 - PRLog -- 1200 children participated in drawing competition held at Sant Nirankari Public School, Nirankari Colony, Delhi. Competition was organized by Vivekanand talent development society in association with Gantavya Sansthan.

Topic was 'fight against terrorism' which actually created awareness and outcome was  "we are not afraid of anything" , Children draw ideas to express concern about increasing terrorism  they shown measures to be taken to avoid causalities .

Competition was divided into three age groups  (i) 6 Years to 10 Years , (ii) 10 Years to  14 years , (iii) 14 years to 16 years .  there were 39 awards given – 13 in each categories

Shri Mangat Ram Singhal, Hon'ble Minister of Social Welfare, Govt. of Delhi distributed the Prizes , Mementoes & Certificates to Winners. Certificate of Participation was given to every participate

Also there was a small 20 minute cultural programme , where children sung patriotic songs . Closing ceremony ended with loud words "Bharat Mata Ki Jai" & "Jai Hind"
